Save these packages to the temporary directory that you created in step 1. In the Temp folder, create a new folder that is named Cabfiles. I am trying to install IE11 on a PC that does not (and can't) have internet access. The PC is running Windows 7, w/SP1 X64. I have tried two different downloads, and even tried IE10, with no luck.
